Code of Talent receives EU funding for innovation based on artificial intelligence
Sorin Paun
Co-Founder & CCO

Our microlearning platform, Code of Talent, obtained a non-reimbursable financial assistance of almost 1 million euros from European funds, a component of a project worth a total of 1.4 million euros.

The objective of the project is to develop a new version of the product, which will replace the existing one, the process will be completed in the second half of 2022.

Following the funding, the expected results aim at developing an innovative application in the field of microlearning, which incorporates advanced artificial intelligence and Machine Learning technologies, as well as the promotion and wide dissemination of innovative solutions achieved within the project.

Code of Talent is a solution for training employees in companies, in which any type of content (course materials, procedures, etc.) as well as business programs (eg: sales campaigns, product launches, etc.) can be transformed in learning paths based on micro-tasks (microlearning). These micro-tasks can be solved by employees on mobile devices, up to 3 to 7 minutes.

The concept of microlearning is based on scientific evidence showing that people assimilate information more easily and better if they are delivered in small blocks. Thus, microlearning is best suited to clearly defined company processes, which combine the need for learning or knowledge transfer with the need for practical application.

Our digital platform is based on four pillars. First of all, personalization: each user learns at their own pace. Secondly, learning is assisted, with users constantly being guided by a trainer or an expert. Thirdly, the app gives users the opportunity to communicate and learn collaboratively. Last but not least, the course units are structured in the form of “missions” that actively involve users. It has long been known that these solutions, which turn the assimilation of often arid information into an attractive game, give excellent results.

The project is co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund through the Competitiveness Operational Program 2014-2020, under the tagline “Competitive together”.
